My Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 cannot running on windows 11 OS

New Here ,
Jul 10, 2023 Jul 10, 2023

It keeps asking me to sign in. When I sign in and enter the serial product number, it still jumps to asking me to sign in page... What can I do? I purchased it in 2018.

After I reinstall it, still happened even cannot open it. My mouse cursor keeps flashing the running icon.

Hi @Henry31002633c3wl

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please try the steps shared below and see if that works for you:

1. Restart machine
2. Close all the processes
3. Delete the complete folder of SLCache and SLStore under this location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe ) or ( C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe )
4. Delete the complete folder of OOBE present in the User Profile Location ( C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe )
5. Run the app again and entered the serial number

SlCache, SlStore and OOBE are the folders which includes the licensing information and patches of Adobe Acrobat Perpetual license. If this can be renamed, Acrobat will act as a fresh install and will ask for serial number at launch which will activate the Acrobat again on the user machine.

If it still doesn't work, please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/provisioning-toolkit-enterprise.html and see if that helps.

Note: Adobe Acrobat 2017 is an EOL application. For more info. please check the page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-2017-reader-2017.html
