My printer NO LONGER will print PDF Files

In the past I've ALWAYS BEEN ABLE to print out PDF Files. 

On December 9th I installed a application to convert PDF Files to Excel and Word Documents.  When I  did this,

MY COMPUTER CRASHED

So I called and cancelled this service, they refunded my money for the service.

NOW, I can no longer PRINT PDF Files when I've always been able to

Question:  Can you log into my computer and fix this problem for me?

Hi Kaye2502,

Could you please let us know if you are experiencing this issue with PDF's only.

Are you able to print other format files without any issue?

Are you using Adobe application to print files? If yes, then try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help link: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader
