My "Submit Form" button is not working in Adobe Acrobat

Does anyone know why my "submit form" button is not working? This is what my action looks like, but when I test it, the form doesn't go to the specified email. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

    We are sorry for the trouble. As described the submit button is not working

     

    Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to open the form? Are you opening it in a web browser? If yes, pleae download the form to your comouter and open with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC ans check.

      If you're testing it in Reader, I don't think it can work.
