Vi esse video no youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUKt1argZkQ&list=WL&index=12&t=12s e consegui instalar uma versão antiga, mas gostaria de instalar a verção mais recente

The error is shown due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows
