Navigation tools/icons in Acrobat Pro 2023.003.20201

Using this new version for the first time (on my new Mac Studio M2 Max) and there doesn't appear to be option to have the 'go to first page' and go to last page' icon button. I'm assuming if it is possible to add them, they would now appear bottom right on the thin vertical toolbar strip?

Any help much appreciated, thank you.

Hi @Brighton Lance

Hope you are doing well.

This is design behavior. In the Acrobat New Interface, quick tools options are limited.

You can disable the new view. Click on the Hamburger icon and then Disable New Acrobat.

You will get the old features back.

Thanks,

Hello, I'd like to understand how Adobe thought this would be a better version.  Previously, I could have all of the page navigation options on my tools bar.  I work in legal and everything we do now is electronic with lots of bookmarks and links and hyperlinks within lengthy documents.  If I want to go back to a previous view, are you telling me I have to go to the Menu, choose view, choose page navigation, choose previous view to go back to where I came from after clicking on a link on page 3 of a 400 page document where the target is page 159 and do that every time I want to view a link and return to the spot where I previously was????  I know that I can disable new acrobat (and believe, I will) but like the OP I do like to use the most recent version of software.  The apparent limitations in "new acrobat" make that almost impossible for the type of work that is done in a legal office.  My biggest fear is that at some point, we won't be able to revert back to the "useful" version at some point in time.  Is it possible that, like Microsoft, Acrobat will force us to use the "new Acrobat", taking away the usefullness of a very, expensive product (I might add).  I hope not.

Thank you.
