New font download - Not able to use it

Hello,

I downloaded a new font for which I acquired the license : Domaine Sans Text Regular. I want to use it with Adobe Acrobat and InDesign, so I uploaded it as it is explained in Creative Cloud for Destkop. As it's shown on the programme, the font is indeed uploaded in the 'add fonts to creative cloud' section. However, it does not appear in the 'active fonts' section and I therefore cannot activate it. 
When I open a document, which actually uses the Domaine font, my programme (offline or online) doesn't recognise it and I cannot use the font then. It automatically replaces it by 'a font he knows'. 
Can someone help me to solve this problem. I want both things : (1) Use the font I downloaded and (2) Modify document which are using this font. Thanks in advance
