New version already installed by Acrobat Pro user DC

Buongiorno, sono un utente di Acrobat Pro DC. Ho avuto un problema di aggiornamento, ho dovuto disinstallare Acrobat TReader DC ed ora ho un problema con l'installazione. Uso windows 7 64 bit. Dopo avere completato il download il programma tenta di effettuare l'installazione ma alla fine si blocca con il messaggio "Nuova versione già installata". Ho ritentato dopo l'utilizzo dell'Adobe Cleaner ma senza alcun effetto. Cosa devo fare?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting newer version already installed message when trying to install acrobat/reader, is that correct?

Could you confirm the application you are using- adobe reader or adobe acrobat?

Also, try the troubleshooting steps given in the following forum thread at post#2
