New Windows 11 pc installed last week.

When grayscale is selected, the preview is colour and prints in colour.

@Banjo2025 a little more detail is needed....what is the name of the printer and model?

If you just installed Windows 11 on your PC, did you also upload the printer driver to your PC as well. Maybe, including an updated firmware too?

Sometimes just updating the printer drivers and firmware will do the trick

Adobe Support helped me do a complex uninstall of Acrobat and reinstall  - success !  I hope this helps somebody else.
