I desparately rely on utilizing Acrobat tools. On February 13, I opened Acrobat, to edit notes in a class. Upon opening, the pdf, the menu text disappeared from menus on the top and side. The links still work, but I cannot see what I am clicking.
For days, I searched the internet, and none of the advice worked. I uninstalled, reboot, reinstalled. Removed and replaced upser preference folders. etc...
Is this problem fixable?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, please try the steps as in the order below:
1. Remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html ,
2. Reboot the computer once
3. Reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
Let us know how it goes.
Regards
Amal

This occurred when I attempted to unzip. After making several failed attempts to copy this file, I went ahead and skipped the file. I rebooted after Acrobat immediately shut down after install. It will not stay open more than 5 seconds, shutting down with no warning. I am running Windows 11.
