Hola, tengo un pdf interactivo creado y funcionando sin problema desde hace un par de años.
Hoy he necesitado revisarlo y cuando voy a pinchar en algún botón interactivo, la pantalla de Acrobat se pone en blanco y no puedo ver nada en la pantalla.
Tengo una suscripción a Creative Cloud, así que estoy trabajando con la versión más actual de todos los programas Adobe.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs ? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network, drive please download it to your computer first and try again.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer.
You may also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and check
Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as describe here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
Also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF form or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF form and check.
Also, check for this issue on Windows OS and see if that is working fine or not. Please share the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end.

Solo me pasa con este pdf. He creado un nuevo pdf desde el archivo original de Indesign y sigue haciendo lo mismo.
Dejo adjunto el archivo pdf y el Indesign para que puedas hacer las comprobaciones oportunas. En otros pdf creados recientemente no pasa esto, pero no tienen tanta interactividad, también dejo uno de ejemplo (ACAD_winter22.pdf).

Thanks for sharing the files. As this is the issue with a specific PDF file that you are exporting from Indesign, please check the export settings in Indesign and see if that works for you.
