No se ven las letras ni la firma que inserto en mi pdf

Al tratar de agregar un texto en un archivo pdf, el texto no se ve, es como si estuvieran las letras en color blanco o transparente. Por otro lado la firma, que pongo en formato de imagen, se ve difuminada. 

¿Cómo puedo resolver este problema?

From your description I have no idea how that form looked originally and what you did to fill it in.
Looking into the file internals, though, one can recognize that the two invisible text pieces (marked by Ctrl-A in Adobe Acrobat) indeed are drawn in RGB white. Also I can find no bitmap image.
