NON INSTALLATE MAI UN PROGRAMMA DI PROVA ADOBE POTRESTE TROVARVI A PAGARE CENTINAIA DI EURO SENZA VOLERLO!!!

Ora vi racconto cosa mi è successo.

Volevo provare acrobat professional così mi sono iscritto, ho scaricato il software, lo disinstallato e mi sono cancellato.

Tutto bene?

No!!!

Dopo un mese e due giorni, il tempo per non poter più ricorrere e cancellare l'abbonamento, mi sono ritrovato sul conto Pay tal l'addebito del mese di luglio e agosto!!

Perché non hanno provveduto a recuperare i soldi subito, entro i 14 giorni in cui mi era possibile il recesso ???

Perché altrimenti non mi avrebbero fregato ed avrei potuto ricancellarmi, si perché lo avevo già fatto !!!

Adesso per annullare una cosa che non ho voluto e non ho usato devo pagare 91,44€!!!

Io sarò mona ad aver provato il loro programma ma questa è una truffa legalizzata!!!

VERGOGNATI ADOBE !

Una società come la vostra non dovrebbe comportarsi così, queste furbizie sono vergognose.

I wanted to try acrobat professional so I signed up, downloaded the software, uninstalled it and deleted myself.

Everything good?

No!!!

After a month and two days, the time for not being able to recur anymore and cancel the subscription, I found myself on the Pay account such as the debit of July and August !!

Why have they failed to recover the money immediately, within the 14 days in which withdrawal was possible ???

Because otherwise they would not have cheated me and I could have repelled myself, yes because I had already done it !!!

Now to cancel something I didn't want and didn't use I have to pay € 91.44 !!!

I will be mona to have tried their program but this is a legalized scam !!!

Io ho acquistato tramite una pubblicità su Facebook della società Keyworld Italia Adobe Photoshop Pro 2022 ad un prezzo di 19,99 euro. La pubblicità parlava di licenza a vita. Dopo una settimana è scaduta e non mi ha risposto più nessuno alle mail. Dovrebbero vergognarsi quelli di Facebook che ospitano e continuano ad ospitare pubblicità di questi ladri ed Adobe che non fa nulla per fermarli.

É capitato anche a me, si tratta di truffa a tutti gli effetti. Vergognosi anche gli account di finti esperti che li difendono qui e li nelle carie chat DOVE TUTTI SI LAMENTANO DELLA STESSA COSA

Specifico che a me é capitato con una società diversa da quella citata nel commento, di cui non ho conoscenza. Tuttavia il modus operandi é lo stesso che mi fa fatto perdere i soldi.

Ho due computer con due account diversi e due email, ho effettutato la registrazione alla versione di prova con due email differenti, annulandoli entrambi nell'arco di tempo richiesto per on dover pagare l'abbonamento. Mi stanno scalando 3 volte al mese i 24,39 e trovo la fatturazione sul mio account adobe solo per una di quieste transazioni. mi potete aiutare. mi hanno già sottratto più di 200 euro in questo modo
