Non-profit and buying Acrobat

I volunteer for a non-profit organzation doing WWII research and want to create, upload and edit pdf's.

Why is everything so expensive? We can't afford it!

Unfortunately, if we purchased a renewing subscription, our funds would be gone in a few years.

My project is to take WWII morning report documents of the 6th Infantry Divison, that are in extgremely poor visible condition, saved as .jpg files and try to edit them to be as legible as possible. Then create a .pdf file to post to our website for historical preservation.

Our only means of funding is by tax deductable donations.

Looking at the information you both provided, it looks like I'm stuck using the primitive tools provided by Microsoft.

Check Amazon for (I think) Acrobat version 2017 for a one time fee
