I am using the convert to PDF option after right click on the word file and it shows that its converting but then it gives me following error:

Maria's error.png

I have done the research in this error and found following article:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-remove-or-view-a-trusted-publisher-87b3d5a3-b68c-4023...

However, I am stuck on step number 3 as I am unable to find  Security Warning area in MS word.

The adobe acrobat and Windows are up-to-date already. Uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat. Still trying to figure out if this is an adobe issue or Ms Word.

I have the work around to this, but I really want to fix this issue as its easiest way to convert to pdf without opening the files and it was working before.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @NIkiota31451434vk63

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Strange to see that you do not have the "Options"  to manage the Trust Center in your MS-Word.

Trust Center settings help you manage the Trusted Publisher and Trusted location.

Like this:

Does your IT team manage your MS Office, or is it an enterprise setup?

Please check with MS Support once. The cause of this error is because of the MS Word settings.

Meanwhile, try creating the PDF file using Acrobat>Create PDF tool.

Also, update your pending MS Office updates to see if that helps.

Thanks,

Akanchha

@Nikita31459943qgkc

Please confirm the exact version of Adobe Acrobat you are working on.

Install the latest patch 23.003.20269

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Thanks,

Akanchha
