Not responding after change language and use adobe sign in PDF

I use the Acrobat pro in my laptop after push keyboard for change language for comment and edit file that the program has shown status the not respond in my screen after that the program freezes auto.

The team is already aware of the issue and has released a fix. Would you mind updating the app to the latest version and letting us know if it works for you?

 

Would you mind sharing crash logs with us to expedite this if not?

Please use this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html to collect crash logs and share the unique ID of the log.

Hi SS.

 

My company have the policy "block installed external programs and other .exe file in laptop".

I can't install adobe acrobat diagnostics for shared cash logs in laptop.

As mentioned, the team is already aware of the issue and is working on a fix; it would have been great to get crash logs.

 

While your device is restricted from installing additional applications, can you check with your IT team if they can enable Crash Dumps from the registry?
