I am unable to print any PDF document,it just gives NOT RESPONDING  message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all printer drivers and adobe

Hi Tina,

It's difficult to do guess work with that much little information. Please start first giving some background information. Please give version numbers. Even if you are convinced that a given software is current and the latest patches applied, it may be, that it is not. Checking and giving the correct version is also good for people who are looking here for similar problems and solutions.

What is your OS system and version?

What Acrobat and version are you using?

What printers are you using? Did you download the latest printer drivers and installed or did you reinstall the existing drivers?

Did anything happen in between (system upgrade, printer upgrade, Acrobat upgrade)?

Are you in a networked environment or do you have a printer with direct connection?

What are the PDF documents and how did they get created (products involved)?
