OCR crashing, Advanced Search not working

Question

I have a large file (5,000 pages) and when I do an advanced search, some of the results show as random parts on the pages? I had to blur the picture, but you can see the search list on the left, then a result is in the middle of two paragraphs on the right.

I've tried to OCR it again and everytime it crashes when it's 80-90% done. I've tried it 20+ times, and needless to say, it's incredibly frustrating.

Any ideas?

It is tough to answer the question when this issue seems to be related to the file. Is it possible for you to share the file with us? If you want to share the file privately, click on my profile avatar > my Profile; at the top left corner, there is a blue button and a message. You may upload your file to a Cloud drive and share the downloadable link with me.

We will analyze the file and check for anything we can suggest to ease your workflow.
