OCR turns pages sideways Redact removes decimal points

I have a user interfacing with Time Matters. When she OCR's documents, many of the pages turn sideways. Sometimes it does not even complete the OCR of all pages. Also redact is removing decimal points. Legal documents cannot be altered. So we need the program to work as expected. Please help.

As I read and understand your question, it's Time Matters that's creating the PDF and doing the OCR. If so, I suggest you talk with them.

If I'm wrong, how is Acrobat involved?

No Adobe does the OCR from a time matters interface. Thank you though.

OK, then, exactly HOW are you generating the original page from the TM interface? What menu selections are made? What options are you selecting?
