Offline Activation Acrobat

Has anyone figured out how to do the offline activation for Adobe Acrobat 2020 (classic)? I have tried the adobe_prtk commands and I'm still prompted to sign in when I launch Acrobat (or I get error code 14). The computers I support are in air-gapped environment so absolutely no internet access

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

If your organization has computers that cannot be online for activation, IT administrators can set an offline exception using Adobe Customization Wizard.

For more info, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq-acrobat-2020.html and check how the product activation works in Acrobat 2020.
