On Windows 11, the menu bar disappears in Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hallo,

seit wir Windows 11 benützen, verschwindet die Menüleiste in Acrobat Pro DC, sobald man mit dem Mauszeiger darauf fährt. Die Menüleiste kann erst durch widerholtes Drücken der F9 - Taste eingeblendet werden, verschwindet aber wieder wenn der Mauszeiger darauf zeigt.

Hat jemand eine Lösung für diese Problem?

Please try once reinstalling the application. Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Reboot the machine and reinstall the application from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Check if that makes any difference.

 

If not, would you mind sharing the Acrobat version number?

Also, did it start occurring after any recent change?

It started occuring after we installed Windows 11.

As you can see in the video  - as soon as I navigate my mouse pointer over the menu bar it dissapears. By pushing the F9 button frequently I can retrieve the menu bar, but again it dissapears, when i navigate my mous pointer over it.
