Once someone has signed the digital signature, no one else can continue to sign the document, and if you click the sign, it will tell you: The author of the form has specified the fields you can fill in. Click on any field to start filling out the form. i can only use stamp, but cannot sign on it. do you know how to fix it? 

ps, the first one didn;t click the "Lock document after signing", so what should be the problem?

Hi Jeric,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

It is the default behavior of the application. The PDF gets locked for editing once the signature process is completed. In such case no further changes can be made to the PDF file.  For more information please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/edit-signed-PDF.html

My user told me that he always does the signing by this way, never has the problem before.

so, if this is default, how to meet his request? there are several users need sign on this PDF folder. according to the guide :"If you’re expecting others to sign the PDF, don’t select the Lock document after signing option in the Sign As dialog box or the Sign Document dialog box." He did not select this one....

But we do not use adobe Sign this product, the user always use adobe reader to sign a digital signature. So, i still believe there is something wrong. And how to avoid this situation? if ieveryone wants to sign ditigal signature on one pdf using adobe reader?

You should use digital signature fields. You don't need to use Adobe Sign.

yes, we do use digital signature, but someone signed and no one can sign again, even he didn't select "Lock document after signing"

In the Properties of the signature field, under Signed, set it to lock all fields except for the other signatures.
