Opening a file-iChat

Since starting with Adobe Acrobat, I've purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for document management and production. However, I have many files listed as "iChat" within Adobe Acrobat. I'm unable to open them with Pro DC. Do you know how I might access these important documents?

These are not PDF files, then. Since this an Apple application, I suggest you ask in an Apple forum how to load these files, and whether or not they can be converted to PDF.
