opposite direction of Hebrew

Dear all
I tried to convert Pdf doc. in Hebrew to Word in Hebrew
several documents converted smoothly.
most of them converted in opposite direction -left to right.
I consulted with supporting system in ADOBE.
they did not succeeded to solve the problem/
they suggested to attend to the wisdom of the forum
hopefully to find a solution.

    I see that one of your test PDFs was made by printing to PDF from within a Microsoft product (Word?), while the other was made, I'm guessing, from printing to PDF within Chrome. I've found that attempting to convert PDFs into editable formats gets quite variable results, sometimes very usable, sometimes not. Much depends on the tool used to produce the PDF in the first place. As a result, I often have to recreate PDFs by hand, especially in right-to-left languages.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, converting PDF to Word in Hebrew's the text is in opposite direction left to right

     

    What is the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF to Word?

     

    Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20091 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

     

    What is the version of the OS you are using?

     

    Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If its an issue with specific file, please share the file with us for testing.

    I know how to do it and 2 supporters of Adobe team had tried and did not succeeded

    Several I had succeeded but most of them -no-I added 2 exmpales.
