option to "save a certified copy" no longer showing

Hi all, 

I have been using adobe acrobat for part of my job, and I have needed to use the "save a certified copy" functionality. This has just disappeared from my screen for no apparent reaon (although im sure there is some reason).  My colleagues still have the option. 

The part circled in green is what i am missing (also the two line sof text above the green circle)

 

The verison I am running is 2024.005.20414

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi

Thank you for your response, I tried this but it did not work.

The fix ended up being just deleteing my digital ID and then restarting the application. This brought the button back.

@Suhel34848763xzes when was the last time you updated Acrobat? Did your recent update Acrobat but didn't complete it properly? It shows up correctly for me as well. I would uninstall Acrobat with Adobe Cleaner, https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and then go back to adobe.com and re-install the Acrobat.

Hi

Thank you for your response, I tried this but it did not work.
