tried to re-install office & Adobe pro version,

tried to un-tick "Enable hardwre rendering for legacy video cards"
"show online storage when opening files", "show online storage when saving files"
and "enable Enhanced Security" option in Perferences.

but that it still occurred.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused and thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps performed.

Would you mind confirming the current version of Acrobat? Also check if there's any pending update for Office and Acrobat both.

Open Acrobat>help>Check for update. Try to create a PDF file from word with the Adobe PDF Printer and see if that processes fine.

  • Open a document in Word and choose File > Print.
  • Choose Adobe PDF from the Printer Name menu, and then click OK.
If yes, then follow the troubleshooting steps suggested here: community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/ct-p/ct-acrobat?page=10&sort=latest_replies&filter=all&lang=all&tabid=discussions

When nothing works, then remove the Acrobat once using the https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html cleaner tool and reinstall it.

    Thanks,
    Akanchha
