Oversized cursor and highlighter

Question

After an update to Adobe Pro DC last year I am encountering an issue with a very large cursor selection and highlighter. The cursor (and the highlighter mimics it) can vary from 1/4 to amost the full size of the page. I have reset preferences, renamed User preferences, and made some other preference changes noted in other posts but nothing has helped. Any ideas?

Running: Adobe Pro DC version 2021.011.20039, 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro version 20H2, Build 19042.1466, 64-bit OS.

After uninstalling Adobe, running the clean-up tool, and then reinstalling Adobe, the issue resolved itself.

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with all PDFs or with some particular PDFs?

It would be helpful if you can share a video of the issue occurring at your end and the sample PDF with us.
