I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2021.0050-20060 and a Ricoh printer SP C261SFNw. I have a recipe card template that I use to print my recipe cards. I went to print some the other day and the whole background is in cyan and it should be white. The edge of the card is close to a turquoise blue and there is a leaf/twig design on the card. The background should be white with black lettering, not all cyan. This happened before but I didn't bother to write down the settings I changed and I don't remember if they were on the printer or in the Adobe. I used card stock and have to change the paper in both printing preferences and on the printer settings. I need to know what settings I have to change in order for the cards to come out the way they are supposed to. I've attached files of how the cards are printing out and what the cards should look like. Thank you for any help that can be provided.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
I have checked the attached PDF file, and found that it is created via some non Adobe application (Haru free PDF), Please try to recreate the PDF via Adobe Acorbat Pro and see if that helps.
Regards
Amal

It's only the files for the recipe cards and I have hundreds of them. This issue happened a while back and I changed some settings but I didn't write down what I did but it worked, the files printed they way they were supposed to. And the recipe cards are the only files that print like that, everything else prints fine. I have NO idea what Haru free PDF is, the file I have for the recipe cards was obtained on line many years ago and I have been able to printe them through Adobe. I have no idea how to recreate the PDF via Adobe Acrobat Pro.
