Page printing with all cyan background and shouldn't be

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2021.0050-20060 and a Ricoh printer SP C261SFNw.  I have a recipe card template that I use to print my recipe cards.  I went to print some the other day and the whole background is in cyan and it should be white.  The edge of the card is close to a turquoise blue and there is a leaf/twig design on the card.  The background should be white with black lettering, not all cyan.  This happened before but I didn't bother to write down the settings I changed and I don't remember if they were on the printer or in the Adobe.  I used card stock and have to change the paper in both printing preferences and on the printer settings.  I need to know what settings I have to change in order for the cards to come out the way they are supposed to.  I've attached files of how the cards are printing out and what the cards should look like.
