Pages scanned in backwards

My pages scan perfectly but no matter what I seem to do they always show backward on the screen when I go to organize.

I've tired reorganizing by hand by that's just crazy with a large .pdf. But I need them in the correct order when I go to send the document.

Any ideas?

If by "backwards" you mean in reverse order then you can use this free tool I've created to reverse them back in a single click: http://try67.blogspot.com/2014/10/acrobat-reverse-page-order-free.html
