password?
I have just received a pdf document from my travel insurance company but it is password protected so cannot open without it! I don't know it! Um, how does one find password?

In other words, call your insurance company. Often, senders of PDF files will password protect them against changes to lessen the possibility that somewhat can modify content. But in this case, unless your insurance company sent you the password in a separate communication, they've obviously made a mistake.
