Hello, whoever has time to read this, thank you! I have been trying to cancel my plan (I subscribed in a time of urgent need, did not actually read through the whole policy and fees and whatnot; I thought I was subscribing to a monthly plan but oh surprise...it's yearly and the fee for early cancellation is quite pricey, which sucks because I will probably choose to not use these services again) since I realized after about three weeks of susbscribing that it was not actually what I needed, I want to know if there is a way to not get charged the overpriced amount for an early cancellation fee, but talking to an agent is practically impossible (always closed, even though I am considering the time difference), I've been at this for two months now, that means I've paid once again now something I only meant to use for max three weeks...plus adding the cancellation fee it will be like I am paying for a whole year subscription when in reality I'm probably not gonna use it anymore. Have any of you had any luck contacting an agent? Has is ever happened to someone to get stuck in a plan like this and not be able to cancel without spending a good chunk of money on a fee to be let go? Thanks.

Also, what is the deal with all the comments I am seeing about people actually going foward and canceling but getting payments deducted anyway? Why make it so hard for people to cancel a subscription? Reflects poorly on the way things are run.

If you signed up for a yearly contract it means you were getting a discount on your monthly payments, based on your obligation for a full year. When you cancel that contract prematurely you're charged the difference between what you paid and what you would have paid if you signed up for the monthly subscription. This is only fair, I think.
