PC defekt Lizenz neu aktivieren

Hallo. Wir haben eine Lizenz mit Seriennummer Acrobat Standard DC 2017 OEM über einen online Händler gekauft. Diese auf einem PC installiert und aktiviert. Nun ist dieser PC defekt und wir konnten die Software nicht abmelden. Leider weiß keiner im Unternehmen, die Daten zum Adobe Konto. Wie bekommen wir die Lizenz/Seriennummer wieder freigeschaltet, sodas diese auf einen neuen PC aktiviert werden kann. Ein Adobe Konto haben wir neu eröffnet, aber wenn wir die Seriennummer registrieren wollen, kommt eine Fehlermeldung, das Format stimme nicht. Der online Händler ist sehr hilfreich und hat uns an Adobe verwiesen, da nur die freischalten können.

    The support is ridiculous. I have a blocked license and they claim Acrobat Pro 2017 will not run on Windows 11. This is a lie because your homepage explicitly states that it works. They are constantly trying to sell a new license instead of unlocking mine. What kind of support is this? They just should to unblock my license because my old PC is broken and I can't unregister it and there are none listed on your active computers page. Whats wrong with you? Just help me with my problem and stop try to tell me lies


    Sorry someone try to scam me... it was no issue with Adobe...

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

     

    If the computer on which you installed the product is no longer available (for example you have lost the computer or formatted the hard drive or the hard drive has crashed), you can deactivate your apps from the account management page. Then install the apps on the new computer and follow the onscreen instructions.

      my old computer is broken and no activated accounts are displayed under "account management". Now my problem: I have a new PC and I get the message that Acrobat is activated on an older PC and I have to deactivate Acrobat on that old PC. I have no way to use Acrobat now. What can I do or how can you help me? On a second PC it is also deactivated and when I want to log it in there again I get the same error message.
