I can print document from everywhere else. Documents are error-free.
I reinstalled Acrobat Pro already. Restartet already.
Printer Driver new. Everything else (beside Acrobat Pro) prints fine.
Acrobat Pro is the problem, but how?
Kind regards,
MP

Hi @MPOK
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
What happens when you try to print the PDF? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.
Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works.
Regards
Amal

I'll answer that. The error occurs when I want to print certain pages, such as (1,3), or (1-4), like I do with any other printer. When "Pages to Print" is changed the error occurs. It occurs as soon as I attempt to type a number in that field. If I print the whole document it works fine. If I have a 100 page document but only need to print the first 3 pages, then this is a major problem for me.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.3.20310 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
Let us know how it goes
