PDF and PDF fillable forms in WordPerfect x7 [topic shortened by moderator]

sorry, not sure how this works.

I need to be able to create PDF files AND PDF fillable forms in WordPerfect x7 and save those files with a password, but I need to be able to do it from WordPerfect or PerfectScript command codes. My option is to find a program that will do that from command code and then try to get WordPerfect of operate that program.

Does Acrobat DC have the ability to save and put passwords into both standard PDF's and Fillable PDF's?
