PDF Bad Parameter when clicking any button on any document

I had a PDF file with a form and submit button on it that would open up an email program to allow the end user to send the PDF through their email program. My client was having issues with it so I started testing it to see what the issue might be. Now I get a bad paramenter error anytime I click a submit form button on any form. I've created a new simple test form, I've uninstalled Acrobat several times, restarted my computer and I keep getting the Bad Paramater error. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this and how I might be able to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what's going on. I've been struggling with this for over an hour. None of the PDFs I've tried would work. Not even the simple test file. Now they all work.
