PDF Blank Header

All of a sudden all my PDF documents coming up with white header and this pop up message 

as soon as I click ok I am unable to see anything have tried F9 nothing and checked to make sure that  the menu is ticked in the background. Help

Disable the new Acrobat UI or remove the third-party plugin.

I am unable to get to that drop down because when I click on ok everything disapears

Not good. Try removing the plugin and switching off the UI.

OR, try holding Shift when starting Acrobat, which should turn off all the plug-ins.

thank you for your comment i am trying to turn off the plugin but cant access the menu bar to do that, I tried holding the shift key that didnt work either, very frustrating.

Just checking, you press the Shift key BEFORE starting Acrobat (with Acrobat not running), and keep holding it for a few seconds after Acrobat starts. Any good?

Otherwise you must REMOVE the plug-in. Not turn it off, uninstall it.
