pdf error message (error in the script on page)

Until yesterday Adobe pdf files were opening fine but now I'm being asked to login when I try to open them and when I try to login I get as far as entering my e mail address then an error message stating "an error has occurred in the script on this page", followed by the details on the line, character, error etc.

Any suggestions?

This is an error with a script that Adobe added recently. Contact Adobe support, maybe if enough people complain they'll actually fix it.

Please follow below steps to resolve the error:

- Create dword 'iAcroLoginType' = 5 (decimal) at below registry location:

'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown

Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
