PDF field form calculation not calculating | Adobe Acrobat Pro

I’m hoping someone can help me with this PDF calculation issue.

I have this Interactive form where Box A and Box D are supposed to multiply and populate into Box E 

Box B multiplies with Box C to populate Box D, of which that is correctly calculating. 

The formula is there, because when anyone goes back and adjusts the number in Box A after we’ve tabbed through the first time around THEN it updates Box E, but not before.

I'm using the 'Simple Field Notation' option (example: Box A*Box D).

Where can I find that? I've seen that on forums as a solution and have yet to find that option on my version of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Select 'Prepare form' tool, then click on 'More' and then 'Set field calculation order'.

Make sure fields that calculate first are on top of the list.
