You could try to save the PDF as a PDF/X-1a (File> Save as other) sometimes this fixes odd issues by forcing the PDF to comply with PDF/X specifications.

Hi Maxx Yard

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error The PDF file has an incorrect structure

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing?

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

have you created the PDF file or have you got the PDF from a different user? Chances are that somebody used either a PDF generator that created corrupt PDF, or some tool was used on this file after it was created that corrupted the file. There isn't much we can do. You may ask the creator o the PDF file to regenerate the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat DC ans share it with you.

Regards

Amal

Dear Amal,

Thank you for your reaction.

I scan 10 pages, I use the Brother ADS 2400N, all seems going well. The pages appears in the Adobe interface but when I try to split them, I get this message.

It's possible, that the PDF the ADS 2400N produces is not correctly. Try to print it with the Adobe PDF printer to create another PDF. Then use this new PDF to split it.
