PDF file with two signature fields. Error when signing 2nd.

I have created a PDF file with multiple forms and a signature field on the first and last page. I have created a Digital ID to sign said fields. I can sign (Certify with Visible Signature) and save the first signature, but when subsequently signing the second signature field and saving, I get an error. Note that the file is not closed and reopened to produce this error.

The only way I have been able to successfully apply both signatures is to close the PDF after the first signature is applied and saved, reopen the PDF and sign the second signature field and save.

I would like to be able to sign all signature fields in one file open instance.

As per the description, when signing in the 2nd signature field on a pdf form with multiple signatures fields, you are receiving above-mentioned error, is that correct?
