PDF form breaks special characters (Arabic, Chinese) when filled in browser (Chrome) without installed Acrobat extension

We have 5 forms in several languages, and when filled in Chrome without installed Acrobat plugin, the text in the fields becomes corrupted (Arabic text is not right to left and the Chinese characters are corrupted, the text displays only gibberish in the fields). When opened only as pdf offline, all works fine, not sure if the issue is with the fonts or something to do with the browser settings.

Most likely the way the Chrome browser's PDF plugin handles these fonts. You should report this issue to them, it has nothing to do with Adobe.
