PDF is LTV enabled even if "Include signature's revocation status" while signing is disabled

That depends very much on the digital identity and the Acrobat instance on which you validate.

E.g. if your Acrobat instance trusts the digital identity directly (which in particular is the case if you generated a self-signed certificate for your identity on it), there is no need for any additional validation related information for that Acrobat instance to validate your signature, so it displays it as "LTV enabled". Other Acrobat instances, though, unless you explicitly configured them to trust your identity, will not trust it directly and, therefore, require additional validation related materials for "LTV enabled" or even additional configurations to validate positively at all..

(As an aside, whether or not a given signature is displayed as "LTV enabled" or not, can depend on a number of configuration settings. You can do your best to provide validation related information but still some Acrobat installation may not accept it.)
