Hello,

I'm trying to take 1 pdf file and merge it with several different ones.  I have 684 that need this 1 with them.  Can it be done?

PS. This is not a Mail Merge, which is when you take a single template file and merge it with a spreadsheet filled with data to create unique copies of that file, each one with the data from a different row of the spreadsheet.

That's what I was trying to do.  This would be most helpful.  With our software platform we are able to import a spreadsheet that will generate individual invoices but you can't include backup documents.  Kind of redundant in my opinion, but we've already gone into each one and attached their documents.  Thank you for your response.

Yes, Look on the Actions Panel in Acrobat Pro. Create a new Action, Under the "Pages" category you'll find an "insert pages" option. This is what you want.

If you have Acrobat Pro you can use an Action to do it.

Hi,

Can you confirm the version of the software and operating system you are using?

Have you tried the combine feature in Acrobat? File > New

This will allow you to select several pdf files and merge them in a single file.

It is possible to insert a pdf into another by right-clicking on the thumbnail view, but it sounds like you would have to do this 684 times!!!

There are no way to insert 1 pdf, into 684 individual ones automatically. This would require some sort of script, maybe
