PDF not saving correctly

Hello

I have created my PDF and it is perfect but when I save it, it  does not save correctly moving some of the lines and one of my images.  How do I fix this please. I have tried to save it many times after downloading it. Hope you can help me please, I've not had this problem before

What method of saving this PDF are you employing? (i.e Save As?, Export to?, Print to PDF?) Where are you downloading such PDF.

Is it a government form accessed through a website? If so, are you viewing and filling out the PDF through a web browser or are you having the problem after downloading it and opening it with Adobe Acrobat ?

And are you able to tell what software produced this PDF? (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel?)

Are you on Microsoft Windows or macOS? (which versions?)

I just kept trying and trying again and finally it worked! So all good now.
