PDF Portfolio Sharing isue

Hi,

Our marketing person is having an issue where, when they send out PDF Portfolios made in Adobe Acrobat Pro as email attachments, when recipients try to open them, they get this strange page:

The only way a recipient can open them is to download the portfolio and then open it. A very inelegant, confusing way for this feature to present itself. Is there some way to correct this? We tried it on Winodws 11 machines, fully patched, with fully updated Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop installations, and  Adobe Acrobat Pro configured as the default PDF app, with the Adobe Acrobat extension in Chrome.

Hi @michael_3710

Sorry for the delayed response and troubling experience.

Would you please let us know the version of Acrobat using which the Portfolio was created?

To view the PDF portfolio correctly, one needs to open it in either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. When you open the file in Chrome, it opens in the default browser PDF viewer, not in the Acrobat Chrome Extension.
