PDF Reader and Pro versions Document Properties all messed up on multiple machines.

I have tried to test this on multiple devices, and with the reader and pro versions of Adobe Acrobat. When going to the Document Properties of a PDF file it seems that when you click on each tab it gets distorted and unreadable and unchangeable. Any idea on how to fix?

Which version of Acrobat?

Which OS and version?

It seems to be on a number of different versions of acrobat, I've tried updating both the reader and the Pro version. The reader is currently on 2022.003.20282 | 64-bit and they both run on Windows 10.
