PDF Rendering Issue in Acrobat DC Using Windows 10.

Graphics and scanned documents are not fully rendering in PDFs opened in Acrobat DC in PC/Windows 10. These same PDFs show up fine in Adobe Reader DC and Acrobat DC in Mac. Why?

We are not aware of any such issue with Acrobat DC under Windows 10 here at Adobe (and we have plenty of people with such configurations). Nor is there any good reason why Acrobat as opposed to Reader would display raster graphics any different under Windows 10 than other platforms.

Please check your Acrobat Preferences (Ctrl-K), specifically the Page Display preferences and please sure that the item Show large images is indeed checked. If for some reason this option became unchecked (by default it is checked), then the symptoms you describe would occur. Turn ON that option and press OK. All raster images (such you would see in scanned documents) should now appear on the screen.

Please let us know if this resolves your issue.

Thank you, this solved the issue. I cannot recall manually unchecking the feature, intentionally or unintentionally, but at any rate glad this worked. Much appreciated.
