Question

PDF's fonts are getting very messed up as of the latest update

I'm writing this for my colleague who has been using Adobe Pro for years without issue. But ever since the 24.002.20933 update she's been having issues when converting some of her word documents over to PDF. The font on some of the pages is getting very messed up, and looks almost unreadable, as shown in the below screenshot:

Also the log files are giving us errors when converting our document to PDF:

SourceSansPro-SemiBold not found, using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: show ]%%

Stack:
()

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

But despite the font errors, we do have the "SourceSansPro-SemiBold" font installed on the computer with this issue. But that font isn't even being used in the Word document, both the parts that work and don't work are using the "Calibri (Body)" font in Word.

Is there anything that we can do to fix this issue?
