The PDF saved as PPT and all the text disappeared, ppt file as the attachement

Please help to have a check， Should i download language package to test?

If yes, would you mind sharing the PDF with us?

Try converting PDF online using the Acrobat Online account. Use the steps suggested below:

1. Open the following link:

2. Sign in using your Adobe credentials.

3. Go to the Convert tab and select Export PDF to Microsoft Powerpoint files.

Check how it goes.

Question: how did you convert the PDF file to PPTX? What tool did you use, what version is it and what is your OS and version?
