PDF signature boxes does not print with "Sign Here" label

I have PDFs with digital signatures that sometimes have to printed for someone to physically sign. However, when I print them, the red "SIGN HERE" label that appears in the upper left corner of the signature box does not print. The background of the signature box needs to white/clear with only the SIGN HERE pointer label. However, that doesn't print for me whether I have the background shaded or not. How do I turn that on to print?

I'm using the current release of Adobe Acrobat Pro (2023.006.20830).

If you mean the red arrow as in here:

That arrow is not in the document, it's merely an artifact Adobe Acrobat uses to guide the interacting user. Thus, it most likely isn't going to be part of the print-out.

If you want to design PDFs that upon printing show such an arrow, draw them explicitly underneath the signature field.

Yes, that's the red arrow I'm looking for. Other users are seeing it in their PDFs, working with the same document and the same configuration. This is how it looks for them when they print it:

However, I only see the red shaded box and not the arrow when I print.
