PDF to PPT two page view

New Here ,
Jan 04, 2022 Jan 04, 2022

Hi,

I'm trying to convert PDF to PPT, landscape view, but even though I  have PDF set up to view two pages, side by side, at once, whenever I convert to PPT it ends up only being one page.

How can I convert a two page per view PDF file to PPT where the PPT also has the two page per view?

Thanks

Hi George

We are sorry to hear that. You may try to adjust the PDF pages using the 'Organize Pages' tool and see if that works for you.

If it still doesn't work, you may submit your feature request to the engineering team using the link https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you want to export the PDF to PPT with two page view setting.

Please try the steps below and see if that works for you:

  1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat DC application
  2. Go to Print > under page size and handling select 'Booklet' and select 'Adobe PDF' in the printer list and print to regenerate the PDF with two page view and save this file with new name.
  3. Open this newly generated PDF file and then try to export in to PPT using 'Export PDF' tool

Hope it will help

Regards

Amal

Hi,

Thanks but that only sort of worked.

When I print using the "booklet" the pages are all out of order in the view and when I print to pdf the file has all the pages side by side, but they are all jumbled up.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks

George

I've found that if a PDF did not come from PTT in the first place, it exports poorly.

If Amal's suggestion doesn't work for you, export the PDF as PNG images and insert two pages per PPT slide.
